Our son is a funny, bright, curious boy who is on the mild end of the Autistic spectrum with Pathological Demand Avoidance and ADHD. His quirky behavior can take some getting used to, and he has at times (rarely) gotten aggressive when he is agitated. He does best with very calm, confident and positive caregivers, and often gets very attached to them. We are looking for someone who can show patience, flexibiity and understanding with him, and be willing to read and learn more about his diagnosis as it is very specific. We also are hoping for someone who can commit to at least the school year, as transitions are difficult on him (and us!)
